My mother wanted me to take some picture of Albuquerque. Well, since I only ever see it in my car, this is what Albuquerque looks like to me. :) The following 3 pictures were taken July 15, 2000.
This picture is heading East on I-40, just as you're about to cross the Rio Grande River. In the background are the Sandia Mountains, and a little bit of Albuquerque just below them.
This one is what you might see if you look off to the right as you're heading south on I-25. This is downtown Albuquerque, or at least the top of it! I couldn't exactly spend a lot of time pointing the camera as I was driving...
And this one was taken in the parking lot of Lovelace Medical Center on Gibson Blvd., right before our July NM PCOSupport meeting. The picture taker (Heather) is facing NE. Again you can see the Sandia Mountains in the background.
