MultiPort Relay is a graphical front-end to the command line executable RelayTCP. RelayTCP is a free program by
DLC Sistemas which makes a single socket redirection from a local port to a remote address and port. MultiPort Relay allows multiple, simultaneous RelayTCP routes to be run in the background rather than each route in a command window. It's built to run minimized in the system tray for those who can not run background services or want to make temporary routes.

Usage:

The Listen Port is the port on the local computer that will pickup the data sent to it and send it to the Remote Port on the Destination IP Address. Click a check mark in the far left column and start the route. Minimizing the window will send it to the system tray.

Right Click Menu:

    Starting/Stopping Routes Individually:
Routes can be started and stopped individually by right clicking on the route. The route must be checked before it can be started.

    Inserting Routes:
Routes can be inserted by right clicking on a route and selecting 'Insert'. The Inserted route will appear below the clicked route. If you want to insert a route at the very top then you right click on the top grey row and insert.

    Deleting Routes:
Routes can be Deleted by right clicking on the route you wish to delete and selecting 'Delete Route'.

Errors:
    Duplicate Listen Ports:
You cannot start multiple routes with the same Listen port, because then the computer does not know where to send the data to. MultiPort Relay will allow you to enter many routes with the same Listen port but if more than one is checked marked they cannot be started.

    LoopBack Route:
A route cannot have the same Listen port and Remote port when the Destination IP Address is the local computer. This would simply loop the data back to the same port it left.

Start Routes Button:
Will start ALL check marked routes that do not have red cell backgrounds and do not have IP = 0.0.0.0 or blank ports. If a route is already running then it is not restarted. This is so if the route is in use it is not disrupted.

Stop Routes Button:
Will stop all currently active routes.

Check Status Button:
Will check if the route is still active or for some reason has been killed.

Options:
    Autostart routes on program load:
This will minimize MultiPort Relay to the system tray and start routes when it loads. This option will NOT start MultiPort Relay every time Windows starts. If you want MultiPort Relay to load when Windows starts put MultiPort Relay in the Start Menu 'Startup' folder.

    View Port Listing:

Will load the IANA port list in notepad. I have removed the udp listings which cut the size of the list in half. This list is current as of 08-13-2003. Updates are found: http://www.iana.org/assignments/port-numbers
Argument Passing:
Passing the command line argument "-startroutes" will minimize MultiPort Relay to the system tray and start all routes. passing this argument will not set 'AutoStart routes on program load' option, "-startroutes" will only effect MultiPort Relay that time only. If you want MultiPort Relay to minimize to the system tray and start routes every time then set the 'Autostart routes on program load' option in the Option Menu.
