Information for Presenters
- Poster presentations: Thirty 48"x36" corkboards and seventeen easels with 40"x32" foam core sturdy board will be provided on which presenters may attach posters. Pins will be provided. Presenters who have their posters already mounted to foam core board may use the easels to display their posters. Please be aware that the easels are rated to 10 lbs. Posters should be put up at the start of the assigned poster session and taken down at the end of the assigned poster session. Presenters should be aware that viewers may come at any time during the assigned poster session.
- Oral presentations: The oral presentation rooms will be equipped with a Windows laptop with Microsoft PowerPoint 2003 and Adobe Acrobat Reader. Save PowerPoint presentations as "PowerPoint 97-2003 Presentation (*.ppt)" files. Presentations may be uploaded through a USB device or CD. Presenters should upload their presentations prior to the start of the session. Oral presentations will be scheduled at 15-mintue intervals, which allows 12 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for questions and transition to the next speaker.

- Moderators please be aware of the time and inform speakers of time remaining at appropriate intervals. Presentations will be scheduled at 15-mintue intervals, which allows 12 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for questions and transition to the next speaker. Please keep the sessions on track so that all speakers may have an equal opportunity to make their presentation to the audience. Technial support will be standing by to assist with technical difficulties.
